Shipping & Pre-Order Policy
Orders typically ship within 24 hours of payment. For pre-order and back-order items, please see the item description for shipping times.
Please Read before placing a Pre-Order…
When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on Great Encounters, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns on sealed products are not accepted due to the nature of the TCG market. If an order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact Tyler@Great-Encounters.com for assistance, and the issue will be resolved.
Cancellations may be available prior to shipment and are subject to a 3% processing fee to cover the non-refundable transaction costs from the original purchase.
